I recently purchased an Alpine stereo through AVD and it arrived AHEAD of schedule and was exactly as described... There was however a missing wiring harness, but AVD acknowledged that something may have gone wrong and was nice enough to cover the cost to replace the part. The best part about the whole situation was that AVD replied to my emails quickly and courteously.
