I recently ordered a Rockford Fosgate PS300-12 amplified subwoofeer and the process went smoothly, however when the product was discontinued, the Sales Rep promptly called me and gave me alternatives, which were very much to my liking, he even knocked of $20 for my inconvenience. I must also add that AVD prices are outstanding, as well as their customer service. I have been recomending them to all my friends.
