Shipping:
Most in stock items will be shipped the following business day. Any orders placed or paid for after normal business hours will be shipped 1 full business day after the order is placed.
UPS:
Daily pick ups of our shipments takes place through UPS service. All UPS services are offered by us, from 'Ground Service' to 'Next Day Air Service' (where available). Our UPS shipping charges are calculated when placing your order and these are exact amount you will be charged for shipping your order
International Orders:
Shipments to international address are always higher than to US domestic addresses. We use both UPS and USPS for international orders. Please contact us for availability and cost to your destination. Note that USPS is VERY limited and is done on a case by case basis.

An e-mail will be sent when your order is shipped to notify you of shipment and also provide you with a tracking number to track your package.
Damaged Shipments:
Should your shipment arrive damaged or abused in transit, it is best to refuse it and make a notation of that fact with the delivery person. Please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Service Department by phone at 1-866-775-2440 or email at support@audiovideodimension.com.
Returns and Exchanges:
A 15 day return policy on all products from the date the product was received (except wiring and items specially ordered) sold on our site is offered by AudioVideo Dimension provided the following terms are met:
Any product(s) being returned for any reason must be returned completely and in factory resealable condition. All inserts and manuals, blank registration cards, intact UPC codes, packaging materials and all accessories and software. Please do not tape or write anything to the item or its original packaging. We do reserve the right to refuse to accept returns of any products which do not meet these requirements.
All returned items must receive prior authorization from AudioVideo Dimension. Please do not return a package until you have obtained a RA#. Items sent to us without a RA# will be refused and returned to the sender. An RA# can be obtained by e-mailing returns@audiovideodimension.com
Any products which are returned in a less then brand new or incomplete will not be accepted by AudioVideo Dimension for return. Customers are responsible for shipping and insuring their package at full value. Packages which are lost, stolen, or damaged in being returned to AudioVideo Dimension are the responsibility of the customer.
If a return takes place because a product is found to be defective upon return of the product our technical staff will attempt to duplicate the problem being described. If the defect is found then the product will be exchanged for a brand new working product. If the defect being described is not found the original product will be shipped back to the customer with shipping charges being the responsibility of the customer.
Returns:
All returns for refund are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. All refused packages will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping and Handling are NOT refundable. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed. All refunds will be issued in the same manner the payment was received
Credit Card payments will be refunded via direct credit to the
same credit card.
Personal Checks, Money Orders and Cashiers Check will
will be issued a refund by company check

Holiday Return Policy:
During the holiday season each year our 30 day return policy from the
day the purchase was delivered will be extended. Any purchases made
between Thanksgiving Day and December 24th will have until January
10th of the following year to be returned under our normal return policy
procedures. In following with our original policy any return must be
in brand new resalable condition with no missing parts to be eligible.
